Account Status

Your account status is managed by authorised My Test Centre administrators and cannot be changed by another student.

Your original registration date remains permanently connected to your account and learning journey.

Changes That Require Administrator Support
For security reasons, changes to your email address or password must be requested through Messages & Updates. This helps protect your account and existing learning records.
